Stephani joined our team in May 2008. Her primary responsibilities include the Accounting, managing the office and assisting in both the Property Management and Development areas.

Prior to joining Midtown Group, Stephani worked as a Property Manager/Office Manager at Matrix Real Estate in Boulder, CO. She also spent a semester as an intern at CRL Associates in Denver, CO as a Political Consultant. There she spent a majority of her time working with account executives and clients on large projects such as FasTracks, the Denver Union Station Redevelopment project and the Cherokee-Gates Redevelopment project.

Stephani received her B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis on Urban Politics and Sustainable Development along with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2007. Her interests outside of work include snowboarding, waterskiing, travelling, going to Denver Bronco Games, and spending time with her family and dog.
