We have managed over five hundred thousand square feet of space along the Colorado Front Range.  Our management team uses an integrated approach to managing the physical and financial aspects of each property.  From property maintenance to detailed market analysis and complex financing strategies, our goal is to maintain our portfolio of properties at the highest-level possible.

Our Property Management team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all portfolio properties.  These services are integrated with the marketing and leasing activities and include tenant satisfaction, repairs and maintenance, management reporting and reconciliations, public relations, and the supervision of all third party vendors.  We embrace leading edge technologies such as interactive, internet-based Incident Management Systems used to facilitate collaboration for the servicing and maintenance of properties.  This, coupled with innovative management techniques and good communication with tenants, enables Midtown Group to bring a high level of service to our tenant customers and partners.

Asset Management

The Asset Management team is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and positioning of each property in our portfolio as well as third party properties.  These services are integrated with our Development, Property Management and Construction Groups and include; owner and partner relations, financing, cash management, performance analysis and reporting, legal compliance, and future development/expansion modeling and analysis. We believe this integrated approach enables Midtown Group to better manage properties and, more importantly, provide superior communication, reporting, and service to the tenants, financial partners and owners of third party properties.

Management Services for Distressed, REO & Partially Completed Properties

As part of our Asset Management Services we offer valuable services to help Lenders evaluate, reposition and dispose of distressed, underperforming, and REO properties.  Because we have over 30 years of “hands on” experience developing, constructing and managing properties, and we are borrowers ourselves, we bring a unique perspective to the lender side of the business.  We don’t just make recommendations, we work with the Lender to establish a strategy for each property and then we implement and manage the process.  In addition, through our Distressed Asset Purchase Program we have direct access to potential buyers of distressed and underperforming assets.

Distressed Asset Purchase & Capital Restructure Program

Through a unique relationship with Bellwether Capital Group, Midtown Group is offering a unique program to Lenders and Financial Institutions to help them sell distressed or underperforming assets at “Book Value”.  The Program enables Lenders to quickly sell their distressed or underperforming assets and improve their balance sheet with certainty of future performance.   

This program will:

  • Eliminate distressed assets at “Par”
  • Replace distressed assets with a certainty of future performance
  • Diminish Current Loss Reserve/Allowance
  • De-leverage current balance sheet of distressed assets to comply with New Loan Policy
  • Reduce management obligations internally and externally
