Westcreek is a unique Master Planned, mixed-use development located at the south west corner of E-470 and Parker Road in Parker, CO. The Town of Parker is located in Douglas County, the fastest growing county in Colorado. The project area consists of approximately 45 acres and is one of the last large infill sites on Parker Road between Main Street and E-470. Westcreek will be a very unique and special place within the Town of Parker and surrounding areas. The intent of Westcreek is to become a place with a variety of uses that interconnect including: traditional pad and main street retailing; a variety of restaurants; large medical and small office space; and dwellings such as lofts above retail, row and town houses, apartments and senior living. Westcreek will also preserve 10+ acres along the Cherry Creek Basin consisting of wetlands and a connection to the regional trail system.
