This 73,000 square foot tenant improvement project is located in the MCI building in downtown Denver. The project occupies the 23^rd to the 25^th floor. Project logistics were difficult due to the large amount of debris and construction materials that had to be brought up and down one elevator during the very short 11 week construction schedule. All three floors feature a circular shaped walkway resembling a concrete highway tunnel.
