The Denver Seminary is a 4 building, 98 unit, “Garden Style”, apartment community established exclusively for the housing of the Denver Seminary Students. The buildings are sited directly on the Seminary campus and abut the Plate River. The three story, stick framed buildings, consist of brick, red sandstone, and James Hardi siding veneers.
