This 224 unit luxury student housing project is a combination of 4 and 5 stories of wood framing over post tension concrete. The project includes a seven story, 750 space, cast in place post tension concrete parking structure. The amenities include an internet café, state-of-the-art entertainment hall and exercise facility. The two themed courtyards include a pool, hot tub, barbeque grills and fountains. The logistics on the 4 acre site were made extremely difficult by the one lane, one-way street.
