The Shops at Stapleton is a redevelopment of the old Best Western Stapleton Hotel on Quebec Street. The site is located directly across Quebec Street from the new Quebec Square Big Box Center at 35th & Quebec. Quebec Square was the first large commercial phase of the Stapleton Re-development Project that is currently the largest urban infill project in the United States. Quebec Square includes Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Pets-Mart and over 300,000 square feet of retail shops and pad sites. The Shops at Stapleton is the first commercial re-development site located on the west side of Quebec Street across the street from Quebec Square in the burgeoning Stapleton redevelopment area.
