The Big 5 Sporting Goods Retail Site is a 11,500 square foot Jr. Box anchor that is ideally located in Parker, one of the Denver Metro Area’s most desirable demographic areas.

The building is a part of Westcreek, a master planned mixed-use project named after an old prospecting town on the Smoky Hill stagecoach route to Denver. The overall development is directly adjacent to Cherry Creek, and covers 45 acres. The intent of Westcreek is to create a place with a variety of uses that interconnect, including: traditional pad and main street retailing; a variety of restaurants; large medical and small office space; and dwellings such as lofts above retail, row and town houses and apartment flats.

The Big 5 Sporting Goods Build-to-Suit offers a premier location for retail, with easy accessibility, high traffic counts and superior visibility. The retail center will front to Parker Road just south of E-470. This stretch of Parker Road boasts traffic counts of nearly 60,000 vehicles per day. West of its intersection with Parker Road, E-470 has traffic counts of over 30,000 vehicles per day. The project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2008.
