Prior to Midtown Group, Brian served as Vice President and Partner in charge of Business Development for the O’Connor Group. In that role he was responsible for developing new opportunities and managing and co-managing development projects. Brian has a diverse background in financial services, insurance and real estate. In 1998, he co-founded and served as President of BenefitPoint, Inc., a venture-backed, start-up company specializing in web-based software for the insurance industry. Prior to BenefitPoint, Brian was Senior Vice President at ABD Insurance & Financial Services, a top-10 nationally recognized brokerage firm located in the Bay Area. Brian graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Political Science.

Notable Development Projects:

• 1997-1999 – San Francisco, CA. Conversion of single family homes to multi-unit condo residences. Owner and developer responsible for all aspects of conversion from design through construction.
   
• 2003-2006 – Lincoln Place, Loveland, CO. Partner responsible for design approvals and preconstruction planning of a 200-unit mixed-use residential and retail project in downtown Loveland.

• 2004-2006 – Westcreek, Parker, CO. Partner in charge of design, PD rezoning and various site plan approvals for a 45-acre Master Planned, mixed-use project located at E-470 and Parker Road.

• 2005-2006 – The Shops at Stapleton, Denver, CO. Partner in charge of entitlements, approvals and pre-construction planning for a 4 acre commercial Planned Building Group (PBG) consisting of 4 commercial pad sites and a 19,000 sq. ft. community retail center.

• 2005-2008 – The West End, Edwards, CO. Partner in charge of entitlements, approvals and preconstruction planning for a 5.3 AC mixed-use infill project in the Vail Valley with 185 residential units and 85,000 SF of commercial space.
