Midtown Group is a vertically integrated real estate services firm that develops, constructs, and manages properties. With our rich heritage in Colorado, we are very successful in working with private sector, municipal and public entities to help them achieve their planning, development, and growth goals. We have over 30 years of experience and are proud to be among a select group of companies who have helped shape the commercial and residential landscape of Colorado. We focus on mixed-use infill projects that include: commercial and medical office, retail, and residential components.

Over the past 12 years we have developed and constructed 3,000+ residential units and 600,000+ square feet of commercial office and retail space. We are members of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the U.S. Green Building Council and believe that responsible land use and sustainable development are vital aspects of our industry.  Our depth of experience enables us to analyze markets and trends, effectively manage people and projects, and develop properties that are attractive, financially sound, and have a positive impact on business and the community.
